INTERNATIONAL

All international orders are shipped as Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties upon delivery. By placing an order for an international destination, you confirm that you understand and accept this responsibility.

RETURNS

All returned items must be in new unworn condition in original packaging bag(s) with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will incur a 15% restocking fee. All return labels must be paid for by you, the customer. Return claims made 7 days after your order is delivered will not be considered. If you would like to place a claim for a return please email us at contact.etncty@gmail.com

EXCHANGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. Domestic orders can be exchanged up to 5 days after delivery. Please note, we are unable to provide exchanges for international orders. Return labels must be paid for by you, the customer.
