At this time, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds, as we are still a growing, independent brand. We understand this may be inconvenient and truly appreciate your understanding and support. As we continue to expand, we aim to introduce a more flexible returns policy in the near future.
EXCHANGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. Domestic (England) orders can be exchanged up to 3 days after delivery. Please note, we are unable to provide exchanges for international orders. Return labels must be paid for by you, the customer. If you would like to place a claim for an exchange please contact us through the contact portal on our website.
